• Soap and More

  Thank you so much for your generosity. During these difficult times finding people like you is precious. My students take the soap to the bathroom everytime they go, they are seriously taking good care of themselves. I am happy that they are so respinsibles.

  Their music teacher was so happy with the WeCare Alcohol Sanitizing Wipes, they use them everytime they play the guitar. These kids are fast learners, they alredy can play a song on the guitar (so proud of them!).

• Fractions, and Much More!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom! Our students thrive when given hands-on resources, and really depend on real-life experiences for their learning. It will be friendlier for the children the understanding of fractions by using these manipulatives, and will make the transition to a more abstract understanding of fractions. The minipaddles are one of their favorite, they love showing the math answers, and I am so happy they are showing and not shouting them!

I have received the materials and I am so impressed with how happy the kids are with the camera and working on art projects.They are preparing an art project for the Youth Fair Competition, and after they are planning on working for a Scholastics one! • Comfort Snacks!

  Thank you so much for your amazing donations and providing my students with all of the snacks! I can honestly say that my students were through the roof when they learned our project was funded and even more excited once they snacks arrived! When we opened up the boxes, their eyes were glowing at all the snack options we received!! They look forward to snack time knowing we have some really good snacks for them to choose from now. • Exploring Money Financial Literacy Kit

It has been an extremely hard year and these supplies will bring smiles to my students faces! My students were so happy and excited when the boxes arrived. They already had time to play "The Allowence Game", they enjoed it so much!

• Let's Get Comfortable!

  Thank you so much for supporting my class especially during these difficult, strange and challenging times. These seats are the place everyone wants to go to work! Today the students had to write an essay ,and a group went to work quietly to this area. They were so happy!

  It is the perfect place to work with a small group on projects. During "reading time" some children grabbed the seats and moved them so they could read confortably.

  The day I got the message that the packages were delivered, I was so excited! As soon as they arrived the classroom, every child ran to the door to help bringing the boxes inside. They opened each box, unpacked the seats and decided where they wanted them. I should have taken pictures of their faces!

  We are an IB school, as we work on the planners lots of projects will take form in this corner. Our last project was to design a barrier to stop beach erosion. The group of students working on the project will have this special area to research, design and build.

• We Love Snacks!

  Funded May 17, 2021

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. It would have been so awesome if you could have been in the room when the snacks were delivered. The smile on every students' face was bright and beautiful. They were so happy! They took over and organized a calendar on when they are having each snack. It was incredible how they planned and compromised between themselves and came out with a plan. Every situation is a learning experience and organizing snack time was a fun one!

  This week as they were writing an essay, one of the students proposed to share Veggie Straws while they were working. It was fun to witness the dynamic and organizational skills this project helped develop.

• Remote Teaching. Distance Learning.

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. Using this new computer made teaching easier. I can navigate from one page to another with no effort. The image is perfect and well as the sound! At the same time, when working via Zoom, the connection is great!

  The students are happy that I can upload different activities, without loosing connection! They can share and write on the screen as if they were doing it on the Promethean! This is something the students enjoy doing.

  This new computer I use it no only for academic activities with the group, to share games as Kahoot, but also to listen to audiobooks. We have use it for meditation activities as well.

  As you can see, we use it daily, for a great variety of activities. I appreciate all you do for the future of our children!
