• Design, Space, Energy and Fun!

  It was so great to get this project funded. Students are always looking fornew games to create and have fun with. The clay and rubber bands for bracelets helped some shy students integrate and socialize while having fun.

  My students love building and destroying the structures to build a more challenging one, and the domino colored pieces allowed them to build creative 3D designs, and compite between them!

  This has really helped my students and their parents, as they struggle making ends meet. Having supplies to give to each student the first day of school will be a great experience.

• Let's Move, It's Recess Time!

  Thank you so much for contributing to our classroom The playground equipment you have provided for us is used daily! We've been learning how to share and play cooperatively with the other grade levels playing outside while we are.The dominoes pieces, chalk, goalies and balls create opportunities for fun cooperative learning experiences in game building, social interaction and cooperation skills. All of the critical thinking games have been a fun challenge and tie in so nicely to our project lead the way ideas! Things including open ended questions, multiple ways to arrive at a given solution, different learning styles.

  Most importantly, the kids understand that you took time out of your busy days and lives to give something toward our school that we love! We are so grateful and we thank you so very much for your love and support of intentional, passionate, and fun learning. We will carry your gifts far in our lives.”

• Snacking around the Christmas tree!

  Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. My student's were so appreciative of your donation. The snacks helped many student's calm themselves when frustrated, feel happy, and help focus their mind.

  The snacks arrived at our school/classroom and the big smile that shined on my kiddos almost didn't fit in their sweet faces! I wish you could have been there to see the excitement on my students!

• A Sweet Incentive.

  The students were so excited to see the boxes of snacks coming into the building. They wanted me to immediately open the boxes to see what we had for snacks.

  It makes a long day a little better for them. They are able to go get a snack while working. It gives a little bit of normalcy to an otherwise very unnormal time for them.

  They are very appreciative for your generosity in donating to our classroom. They realize that people do actually care about them and want them to succeed in class. It brings a smile to my face to know that they are happy and will be able to have a good day in my classroom.”
