My students are very sweet and hard-working! They want to do well in school, but many of them are reading below grade level. My ultimate goal for this year (and in the future) is to help these students become more successful learners. All of the kids in my school district receive free breakfast and lunch because of the high poverty rate in our area. Many of these kids do not have resources available to them beyond the classroom to help aid them in their learning. I have many books on grade level and above grade level, but I am lacking books that are slightly below grade level. I have spent hundreds of dollars of my own personal money to add to my book collection over the years. I would greatly appreciate a new set of AR books to add to my collection. My students would absolutely benefit from them!
