These materials will allow the team to work safely and efficiently toward their goals of learning and success. The selected face shields and filters protect the faces and lungs of members while they work with power tools and materials such as metal and wood. Gloves and safety goggles further our emphasis on safety. Additionally, the drill bits, boost converter, and Jetson selected will allow us to utilize new resources as we strive for success. These new items will help the students advance themselves in the pursuit of learning and skills in the various fields of STEM. As the students themselves run nearly every aspect of the club, they will be able to gain a much more enriching and valuable experience with the proper equipment. This team, through these donated materials, will be able to more effectively pursue succeeding in competition as well as more experience with professional equipment; they will be able to open new doors and travel down new paths of science and engineering.
