My students background is low socioeconomic background. I have foster students, single parent home students, homeless and students living with grandparents. Everyday, I am my students mother at school. I work hard to meeting their needs when they can't afford school supplies. My students are determine to learn and to be great despite of their living circumstances. The foundation starts in Kindergarten. I put a smile on their face by dressing up twice a week. Last week we celebrated the 100th day of school and I dressed like an old lady. They had the opportunity to dress up as an old woman and old lady cause they know I always dress up. I find ways to make my class enjoyable despite of lack of needs.
