My school is a mixture of different cultures and talents. These young people are trying to find themselves in a world that seems big and not so familiar all the time. My students are kind, giving of what they have and curious to learn. I had no idea the struggles they had outside of school but quickly learned that tests and school work were not their only concern. I want to provide a classroom where for that small amount of time, these young people have no boundaries to their science exploration, imagination and learning potential. Every student is a star as long as they work as hard as they can to do well! Our next geniuses are in my classroom and everyday I see what gems I am blessed to shine.
