We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the cooking supplies that you sent us! We cannot express the impact that you had on our classroom and students. From the shared experience of opening the supplies to using them to create hummus, dips, bruschetta, guacamole, gingerbread houses, Chinese New Year treats and more - the supplies have proved invaluable resources to us!

When our students first opened the supplies, they could not believe that people (many whom they had never met) cared so much about them! It gave them a renewed sense of pride and faith in humanity. It was amazing to see our students interact with cooking supplies that they had never even seen before (cheese grater, blenders, etc). They were so excited to get started using them!

We sorted and organized the supplies right away and then got started preparing food with them. We have already used them to create exciting, economical cultural dishes that our students then try at home with their families. We are amazed to see students from different backgrounds and cultures come together in the kitchen as friends. We cannot wait to use the supplies to create fried rice and vegetables for Chinese New Year, Cake Pops for Valentines Day, Fondue and much more! You have all made an impact on our lives and our students' lives in a way we will never forget.”
