  • Naturalistic Bronx Grown Sanctuary!

    My classroom is conducive to my students learning and they enjoy learning through play in their new naturalistic environment. During center time, my students used the materials. They play with the cars, use the baskets hold their writing tools for writing. Every morning they used the attendance chart for our classroom routines.

    When the materials arrived my students' reactions were to keep playing. It was difficult for them to stop using them. My next step is to continue to come up with different projects using Donorschoose. Thank you to all the donors you made this possible 😁”

    My scholars love their warm, vibrant, print rich kindergarten classroom. They enjoy using their new word wall. My scholars are able to track their reading levels on our new reading board. Your generosity will not be forgotten. Special thanks to all of you for your support in funding my project: A Rainbow of Possibilities. These materials will help my scholars to make a life -long connections to reading, writing, and math. My next steps for my scholars is to create academic vision board to keep my scholars motivated and reaching for the stars of anything that is possible.”

Having their own school supplies without with stress from their families will help my them grow more independently and develop a positive attitude towards school. The whole idea of new crayons, dry erase markers, and scissors will help my scholars create, write, and illustrate wonderful masterpieces. They will be able to use an array of pencils to help support their fine motor and physical development. Creating a colorful, cozy, and print rich classroom will engage and motivate my kindergarten class to strive and reach their fullest learning potential academically, physically, and socially.

About my class
