Huskie Technology Station
Funded Aug 29, 2019Thank you so much for supporting our classroom and our technology station. Technology is very important in creating a 21st century learning environment. My students can now multitask, design, and create with technology to show their mastery of standards in the mathematics classroom.
Your gracious donation will allow us to connect STEM into our lessons. Students will be able to create and design projects and connect those items to their mathematics lesson. People truly don't know how technology impacts kids learning and impacts how they truly see mathematics. Allowing them to use technology inspires them to know they can accomplish anything, even if math is not their strongest subject. We thank you so much!”
With gratitude,
Ms. B.

Funded Dec 28, 2017You donation has allowed us to really improve our skills in our STEM activities and practices. We have been able to create several STEM projects and begin working on incorporating more technology engineering in our classroom. Our students have been so engaged in learning since we have incorporated more STEM activities. When the students saw what we received and how we used them they were so excited in creating more and more. They have enjoyed coding and are excited to more with coding. We thank you so much for allowing us to increase our STEM skills in our classroom.”

Microsoft Innovators in Mathematics
Funded Mar 6, 2018The technology you have graciously donated to has allowed my students to use critical thinking and see technology in a totally different light. Now students access all of their assignments, designing, and creativity digitally. My students are now learning Microsoft and how it can assist in their future careers. These products have brought spark into my students. They now are excited to see what we can do with math just by the use of this technology. They are excited to build even more with technology. Some of my students have decided now that they want to become STEM students and some even said they now want to work for Microsoft because they love the technology we have gained. We thank you so much for your donation!”

Funded Mar 22, 2017We want to personally thank you for your donation. My students have been greatly impacted by your donations. We have begun our STEM projects with your supplies you donated. We were able to build solar ovens and connect the use of them to mathematics and STEM. We also created a classroom garden. We currently have Sunflowers, corn, radish, and beans growing in our garden.
The students were extremely excited when the supplies came in. They were eager to begin and even decided to start a STEM club with the supplies for next year.
Our next step is to continue to grow our STEM garden. We would like to do tomatoes and herbs with the remainder pots you have donated. We will also begin building a classroom robot. The students are excited to begin these projects and will continue to design them next year. We want to thank you for the donations and thank you for supporting our project of STEM in Mathematics.”
With gratitude,
Ms. B.
Our Future Mathematicians
Funded Aug 26, 2016Dear Donors,
Thank you so much for your donations to our STEM Mathematics Supplies. The gift we have received has been amazing. With the donation, my students have been able to begin developing their STEM notebooks. They were so excited once they saw all of the supplies that were given. The best part was the colored paper. They thought it was the coolest thing ever. Now that they have these supplies, they can begin designing different STEM projects.
With the donations so far we have been able to begin planning for our STEM week which we will use the supplies to begin our STEM activities. The students so far have began choosing, brainstorming, and designing their STEM projects. They are super excited to be able to build things and connect it to math.
Last week, the students designed their notebooks with the colored paper and were able to draw pictures that represented them and what STEM means to them with the pencils. We used the contact paper to map out the ideas and brainstorm. It allowed them to get up and move around the classroom and they loved that. We have began building our stem station and students are already starting to understand the need to plan and become organized by making the station neat and orderly.
You contribution has helped us tremendously and we are truly grateful for all that you have done. Thank You so much!”
With gratitude,
Ms. B.
