The technology used daily in our society is far beyond anything we could have imagined growing up. Today's children come to school familiar with many digital devices and we used those devices to teach during our distance learnng. Because of this, it is vital to put individual learning devices in children's hands as they explore and become familiar with letters, sounds, and math concepts. District approved apps provide safe digital environments for my students to hone their skills and reinforces their understanding of what is taught in class. Digital tools let students work independently at their ability levels and allow me to assign lessons which will further their individual skills.
