My students are in the 7th and 8th grade. 7th-grade students meet in mostly homogeneous instrument classes while the 8th-grade students meet as a full band. We are on a block schedule meaning we have class twice a week for 80 minutes and on Fridays for 45 minutes. The students work hard and enjoy performing quality, fun music literature and are excited to be taking the next step in our growth as musical ensembles. The students enjoy giving of their time to perform for local elementary schools and for the community when the opportunity presents itself.
