• Empowering Early Readers: A Strong Start with Phonics

  Thanks to your generosity, our classroom has transformed into a vibrant space where learning comes alive! When the materials arrived, my students were thrilled. The alphabet rug is now the heart of our classroom, where we practice sounds, build words, and make phonics lessons interactive and fun. Watching students hop on letters and create words has made learning tangible and engaging.

  The Snap and Build CVC Words set has been a game-changer. One student, who often struggled with blending sounds, proudly constructed the word "cat" on her own, shouting, "I did it!" Our new book collections are equally impactful—students eagerly dive into stories, building confidence and a love for reading. A student who once avoided books now volunteers to read aloud, a moment I'll cherish forever.

• A Magical, Safe Calming Corner

  I cannot begin to express my gratitude for your generosity. We have had the calming corner for just a couple short weeks and, already, it has made a world of difference for the children I serve. Having a calming corner has given my students a safe space where they can practice identifying their feelings and emotions. They can then engage in calming activities - reading books, coloring, using stress balls/fidget poppers/clay - that help them manage stress, self-regulate and control their impulses. • Animate Our Learning with BrainPOP!

  Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity! My students are absolutely thrilled every time they get to enjoy a BrainPop. BrainPop's Tim and Moby are just delightful. They make extremely difficult concepts so fun and easy to grasp! Recently, my students have been using BrainPop to learn about myriad topics, from important historical figures to grammar to study and reading skills. • Our Class Computer Broke - Please Help us Buy Another!

  The world's grandest submarine could not reach the depths of my gratitude. Through your generous gifts, my students have traveled the world unbound by time. We've visited the deserts of Ancient Mesopotamia, a cradle of human civilization. We've traversed the Arabian Peninsula, meeting prophets and studying ancient holy books. We've even stopped by colonial Salem to conduct an investigation of the Salem Witch Trials. Could food poisoning have been behind the hysteria? (Look into ergot; it's really quite fascinating!)

  With Mac II, I've once again been able to lovingly plan and deliver engaging Prezis, Keynotes and Nearpods daily.

  Through you, History has truly come alive for my students. I can't thank you enough.”
