The students in my 3rd grade class are enthusiastic and eager to learn new things. We are located in a diverse community with a majority of the students from Vietnamese and Hispanic backgrounds. Our school is a Title I school with most students on free or reduced cost lunch. Activities at our school bring families together and the school is a safe place where students feel welcome. Students are respectful and work together to solve most problems on their own. They have developed these skills from a caring staff.
