All of my students have autism and are from the ages of 3-5 who are still developmentally growing and are primarily non-verbal. They have sensory needs as well as a need for alternate communication that is not provided through the curriculum or items given by the school. I am asking for items that will help us create independent work systems We are in need of Velcro and storage boxes which will allow us to create picture exchange opportunities increasing engagement and communication (i.e. fine motor tasks, task box systems). We are also in need of some sensory items to help stabilize their mood.
