Because of your kindness, our classroom now has new storage containers and baskets that are helping us stay organized and focused throughout the day. These simple but powerful tools have made a big difference in creating a clean, structured, and welcoming environment for my students to learn and grow.

  One of the biggest highlights has been the addition of the classroom treasure box prizes. The students are so excited to earn rewards, and it's brought a whole new level of motivation and joy into our daily routines. • Boogie Boards For the WIN

  Funded Feb 21, 2024

  Thank you for your generosity. My students continue to look forward to boogie board time. This weekly activity has reduced the amount of times students get up to get dry erase markers and has helped reduce the waste of throwing out dried out markers. Here students practice their spelling words, even drawing a picture to match.

  When receiving my package I was also excited to see that extra batteries were included with my order, one less stress for next year. Thanks to you and my limited supply budget I know longer need to reach out to parents in hopes of getting my supplies refilled. My hope is to use these for years to come.”

• Class, Class..Yes! Yes!

  Thank you so much for doubling my gift certificate given to me by my mother in law. I was able to get so many little things that usually come out of my own pocket. My first purchase was for new filters needed for the air filter I have in my room. I also was able to stock up my treasure chest with some to add later. The students were excited to see all the fidget spinner and stress toys. However, they just think they are toys! With the rest of the money a bought items to help with grading and creating a new phonic center. I love that I was able to get the colored ones. Thank you for all you do to help teachers create learning environments that are not only educational but fun too!”

• S.T.E.M Works!

  Thank you so much for the opportunity of having this project funded. My students were excited to see the boxes come in and see me open them. These STEM boxes have been used daily in our rotations and students are always sad when time doesn't allow.

  The two sided magnetic board allows multiple students to spell out words , while doubling as a roller coaster during science labs. Legos came with patterns for students to follow while working together as a group. I also received drawers and a new chair for my desk. Everything is being used daily and I couldn't be happier .”

• Class, Class, What Do You Hear?

  Thank you for supporting me with new headphones for my grade level and extra to give to others on campus. Our current headphones are 5 years old and slowly breaking because of little hands. With your donation I was able to prepare for the following year as number sizes look to be increasing. I was also able to give to my teammates and 5 to each kinder and 2 nd grade teacher for spares. Thank you for one less worry to think about over the summer. Having this ready will let me focus more on my students while meeting in groups without having to hear multiples devices in the background.”

• Ms Merry's, MERRY Little Library

  Thank you for the gift of reading. My students are enjoying these books each and everyday. Work in the classroom has even increased with the opportunity to go to our little library. Students also have the opportunity to read to their classmates on Friday.

  With the new titles and grade level text, more students have become confident to read out loud. As you can see in the pictures they are the best.

  I have even introduced the library to my tutoring class after school. They love the new titles and holding a new book. The thought of being the first class to use them is extra special. Thank you once again.”

• Do You See What I See?

  Your donations towards my project arrived just in time. Our school had just bought promethean boards for each classroom. While this was very exciting to receive new technology, I was nervous as my document camera was old and I was told by the IT, that it may not work with the new tech. As the new boards arrived, IT was correct. My old doc didn't work. My project was funded and shipped just as the final touches were being done in the classroom. I practiced at home and was ready to go the following Monday. I was very excited having no down time in my teaching. It connects directly to my computer. With hybrid, this allows me to share with students online without extra prep of scanning and uploading. Thank you”

• Making Learning Fun

  Thank you for the donations toward my project. The kids were so excited to see the new incentives being placed in the jar. I have placed a point value for each. As our school learns the ways to use the new PBIS program. It was very exciting to add to my personal store. I was even able to share with my teammates so your donations reached more students. Each month students earn points in class, during specials and lunch. At the end of each month students use the points to buy incentives through your donations!”

• Class, Class What Do We Breathe?

  We have received our HEPA filter and I excited to see how it will clean the air to keep my students safe and in the classroom. The filters runs hourly on a low filtration and I place on a high level for eight hours when I leave for the day. As the weather changes and more colds and other illnesses arise. I hope that I can contain and lower the number of absences. I want to thank everyone for their donations to help me reach this goal. I look forward to many years of use, helping more students as we go.”
