As a 4th grade general education teacher I have students with a wide variety of needs in my classroom. Some students have a medical diagnosis of Autism or ADHD, some suffer from attention issues other are just energetic 9 year olds who have trouble focusing and sitting still. These students are in regular education classrooms but have some sensory needs to help get them through instruction. Washington Elementary is a title 1 school with 100% free breakfast and lunch. Our students come to us with a variety of educational obstacles. By funding my project you will be helping some great kids reach their fullest potential.
