I have the privilege of teaching first grade reading to forty students who are enthusiastic about learning and improving their reading skills! My students are learning and growing with the basic classroom essentials. However, adding engaging technology to our classroom will excite their minds and hearts to want to learn more! Our school is a small elementary school that does not receive the federal funding that most of the other elementary schools in our district receive. Therefore, our school does not have ample financial resources to improve or update our technology in our classrooms. “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” - Dr. Seuss

About my class
