  • Book Clubs for Class

    Funded May 13, 2019

Thank you for all of your generosity towards our classroom. The students have already begun to use all of the resources, which has made their book clubs go more smoothly. Their resources are set up in an organized, student friendly manner. We were able to print numerous graphic organizers, and references to carry out their tasks. The students were extremely appreciative for their new materials, and wanted to express their gratitude for your generosity. You have truly made our classroom a better place!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg

  • Printer Problems

    Funded Jan 1, 2017

Thank you very much for funding our class' project. Your generosity has helped to improve our daily activities. With this ink you have funded for us we are now able to have an active, working printer for daily assignments in the classroom. I was able to print various graphic organizers for the students to improve their reading and writing skills. I have also been able to print enrichment, and reteach for their mathematics assignments, and countless worksheets to use with the students during the day and for homework.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg

  • Classroom Supplies

    Funded Feb 19, 2016

Thank you very much for your generous donations, they have done nothing but benefit our classroom. Our work is much more organized since we now have bins to put our items in. Now that all of our papers have a designated bin, the amount of lost papers has significantly decreased. We have used the supplies to do fantastic art projects with adding and subtracting fractions, discussing the water cycle, and learning about colonial children. The magnets have helped us hang several charts around the room, which the children have been using as a resource.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg

  • Art Supplies to Research China!

    Funded Mar 25, 2016

My students were ecstatic to see all of the supplies arrive. We cannot thank you enough for your generous donations. We are going to use the paint to create a three foot replica of the Great Wall of China. We will be using cubes to make it and then painting them. We are using paper to make masks of different Chinese animals, and to hang paper lanterns around our classroom to give the audience a real feel for the country. We will also be using the paint and cardboard to create the Stone Forest in China.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg

  • 21st Century Classroom!

    Funded Mar 11, 2016

Thank you very much for your generous donation, it has done nothing but benefit our classroom. Our classroom now has a sufficient amount of technology to meet the students' needs. We were able to research information about colonial children and compare and contrast their lives to our own. The students became familiar with how to use the tablets very quickly, so we were able to get started with them as soon as they arrived. We have been using them during our independent reading to go on apps such as RazKids to improve our reading skills.”

    With gratitude,

  • Helping Our Class

    Funded Mar 2, 2016

Thank you very much for your generous donations, which have greatly benefited our classroom. The laminating machine, and paper has been keeping our work neat, organized, and free from tears. The machine has allowed us to reuse graphic organizers with dry erase markers. The students were overjoyed to read all of the new books our classroom library has to offer them. The students do not have to keep rereading books anymore because we now have a larger selection. We have used these books to enhance our comprehension skills, along with decoding and fluency.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg

  • Making our Class a Better Place

    Funded Feb 10, 2016

The supplies you have donated have benefit our classroom in countless ways. The students can now see everything that is written on the dry erase board, and can focus on the lesson instead of the marks on the board. The printer has allowed us to print worksheets and graphic organizers whenever we are in need of them. The sharpener has alleviated so many problems with pencil sharpening, which is no longer an issue in our classroom. Your donations have done great things for us, and we appreciate it all.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Karg
