Although I have the mainstream, regular education classroom, my students have very limited language due to lack of exposure to literature in the early years. Our school is situated in a high poverty area, with low funding but very dedicated staff. The children are very eager to learn so it gives us teachers an opportunity to work with them and see great academic achievement.
