Incentives and Rewards for Academic Performance: Part 2
Funded Mar 27, 2018My students and I are very thankful and appreciative for your wonderful donation to our project. They were very excited to receive all the wonderful items and couldn't wait to get them. The students received their goody bag and received approximately three to five items in the bag for making the honor of 85. All the students received their favorite color of their choice and items such as pens, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, etc in their bag. I also gave a pen and/or pencil to the rest of the students because they also deserved an item for good behavior, caught doing something good, good attendance, etc. Everyone was rewarded because all my students are hard workers and I instilled in them that it is the effort that counts since Spanish is not always easy. I strongly believe that my students will be working much harder for better grades and because they felt special being rewarded and praised in front of the class. I personally would have not been able to do this without your wonderful generosity.”

Funded Dec 3, 2018I am truly thankful for all your generous donations to my classroom project. My students will continue to work hard in school and they truly deserve many of the incentives that I have requested. I will continue to reward them with general school supplies and many of the incentives for excellent academic performance. My students will be rewarded for having good class participation, caught doing something good, honor roll status, excellent homework, excellent attendance, etc. Although they are in high school these incentives give them confidence to continue striving for better academic grades. I will not only reward students in the honor roll, but I also will be rewarding students who have made improvements. Your dedication to making this possible will truly shape my students motivation in their Spanish class in becoming high achieving students. My students and I thank you profoundly for caring about our education and learning.”

Funded Mar 29, 2017My students and I are very thankful and appreciative for your wonderful donation to our project. They were very excited to receive all the wonderful items and couldn't wait to get them. My students received their favorite color of their choice with items such as pens, pencils, sharpeners, erasers for performing well in class. Rewards range from honor roll, class participation, best efforts, prize when playing a game and even students who lacked basic school supplies etc.. I strongly believe that my students will be continue working much harder for better grades and because they felt special being rewarded and praised in front of the class. Spanish is not an easy language to learn, however, my students have worked hard to improve their grades and make it to the honor roll. Students are thrilled that they no longer just receive free homework coupons or points, but an actual prize of their choice that they have earned. Thank-you so much for your commitment and interest in today's youth. I personally would have not been able to do this without your wonderful generosity.”
