  • Drumroll, Please

    Funded Dec 17, 2023

Words can not express my gratitude for your kindness. This being my first year as a teacher, it feels great having support and donations for my students. This drum will give my students the chance to have a professional piece of equipment that will improve their sound quality. So, on behalf of my students, I say to you all, Thank you for your generous donations.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Robinson

  • Hodge Podge

    Funded Jun 17, 2023

I am overly grateful and ecstatic that you have chosen to help the program that I’m teaching at. Because of you, I know that more students will be able to learn their music, enjoy what you’re doing, and have a lot more knowledge with their instrument not to mention, that they are going to have a whole lot more fun because of you and your donation. Once again, I just want to say thank you for your heart, generosity, and the donation you have made for my program.”

I am flabbergasted and totally humbled by your great donation. You have made dreams actually come true. All the hard work, great efforts, and trust that my students have put in me is paying off, with dividends!!! A little thing like microphones and cables really means the world to them, and me. Once again, thank you for your generous donations!”

  • Click to the Future

    Funded Aug 13, 2021

One MacBook, one simple MacBook. That was all that was needed to create happiness and joy into the lives and hearts of so many students. It doesn't sound like much, but watching and hearing the creativity that is coming from the students is so much more than I can even imagine.

My students come up to me, asking if they can come in during lunch, before school, and after school just to work on Music Production. It has sparked interest into the eyes of the Administrator to see how it can be implemented into the curriculum next year.

So, to recap, more students are involved in music, my school is looking into making a whole class around Music Production, students are working hard, and learning a craft that can make them successful, all because of YOU. So, from the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of all my students, I say THANK YOU!”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Robinson

  • Hydration Nation

    Funded Sep 28, 2021

How can two words fully express how I feel about what you have done for my program? It actually can't. Because of Covid, our water fountains have been restricted, and in some areas, shutoff making it harder for my students to stay hydrated. This water made life easier for them, and surrounding classes (since we have enough to share).

As I was on my way to work, I got a call from the head custodian saying that there's a shipment being delivered to my classroom. little did I know/understand, it was a FULL Pallet of water, 2016 bottles of water, to be exact. my shock and awe was overshadowed by the looks of amazement by my students. They were totally flabbergasted by the sight of all the water. That was one moment where they didn't mind helping.

So, because of you, my students are healthily working hard, and doing than before. with all you have given, these two words aren't enough, but it's all I have. So, from the bottom of my heart, I say Thank You.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Robinson

  • Band of Thrones

    Funded Oct 11, 2022

I am so grateful for your donations to help my students. With this being my first year at this school, I’m extremely glad to see the support for their musical growth. Stools may seem like nothing, but for proper posture and musicianship, they’re very important. So, once again, on behalf of my students, and for myself, I say thank you for your donations.”

  • Click, Click, Boom

    Funded Sep 1, 2022

I am honored and flabbergasted by your generosity for my students. This is my first year at this school, and when I arrived, I noticed how the climate is in need of some positivity. With the sticks that you helped purchase, I can help to change the climate of the entire school, and bring some more positivity to the students lives. Once again, thank you so much for your generosity.”

    Funded Dec 10, 2021

I am humbled and very thankful for your donation to my classroom. My class size has grown, and I’m not able to carry my voice strongly to the back. This will allow me to be heard in the entire classroom, and nobody will have to strain their ears to hear me. So, on behalf of me and my students, I want to say again, thank you for your donation.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Robinson

  • Trinkets N' Things

    Funded Sep 25, 2021

Words cannot express how grateful I feel about each and every donation as you have given this program. I always stay humble whenever anybody gives it a contribution, especially when it comes from the family of whose legacy I’m trying to uphold. Thank you so much for your ever giving contribution, and I hope to continue to make the Won name proud.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Robinson

Three years ago, I was hired to teach at Franklin High School. The first thing that I noticed was hope in some of the students. As I began to assess the students, I realized that all they really needed was someone to show care and appreciation for the art of music. There has been nothing but growth, passion, and ambition. The program that was dead, before I started, is showing life. There is a new era on the horizon, and the music department has practically doubled in curriculum, students, and energy. At first, all we had was a concert band and beginning band (not counting the orchestra and choir). Now, we've added a marching band, pep band, drumline, and colorguard, and some wants a mariachi AND jazz band! I love the heart of the students. They are literally changing the culture of the school and student body, one note at a time.
