I am an English as a new language teacher. I have 94 of the most kind and loving students, eager to learn the language. I try with every lesson to create a memorable experience. My students come from all walks of life and need positive experiences and role models to emulate. I constantly remind them that I am teaching tomorrows doctors, lawyers and leaders of our country, so I take my job very seriously as should they. The district I work in is located in high poverty, predominantly immigrant area. These families come to this country in search of a better future and educational opportunities for their children.
