I have a multicultural classroom of students who are learning English as a second language. They come from all over the world: Africa, Nepal and Central and South America. The school is very large and in an urban district where funding is limited. Testing is a high priority, but I try to de-emphasize that and focus on making school enjoyable and learning fun.
