My students are great students. They are very inquisitive about their surroundings and love discovering things on their own. I am in a Title I school in a high poverty high crime inner city neighborhood. Originally the school was an elementary school that had grades Pre-K through 5th grade. Now we are a K-8 Center housing students from Pre-K through 8th grade. We do not have a real science lab, I made a classroom as a lab to do our hands on lab investigations. I have tried to give students a real lab experience but I need more equipment and furniture to make it happen.
