My school is in it's first year as an independent study-based charter school site on the rural northern coast of California. Many of our kids are from lower socio-economic backgrounds, many with hard-working families who really care about the quality of education their children receive. My students have a wide range of abilities and interests. They are curious and knowledgeable about in the world. Many of them show promise of doing great things in the future.
