Weebles Wobble but They Don’t Fall Down!
Funded Aug 2, 2023I can’t thank you enough! My most “wiggly” students will be so excited to know that they will now have the opportunity to use the Wobble Stool while they are working, enabling to them to productively “wiggle” yet stay focused while they
work … how awesome! Thank you for your contribution to our project.”

Funded May 3, 2021Having a class of 30 first grade students who need to be socially-distanced can be quite challenging! For many of my students this is the first time they've been in school a full year since they were in
Pre-K. The social emotional strain COVID has put on our students these past few years has been tremendous!
The benefit of Desk Pets is two fold. For the teacher, it helps with management and motivates the children to behave. For the students, it gives them something to love that will love them back unconditionally. Thank you for helping us get through some difficult times!”

Let My Students Be Seen!
Funded Feb 17, 2021Thank you so much for your donation to my project, I can't explain how much easier it has been to have a 2nd monitor to use during remote learning. Having the 2nd monitor to use during my lessons was such a wonderful addition to remote teaching and really made my life as a teacher so much easier.
With the 2nd monitor I was able to see each and every one of my students' adorable little faces during my online lessons while still being able to present the lesson on my laptop. Having the ability to see each of them while I was teaching almost made it like we were "live" in our classroom! I was then able to actually "read" their faces and see their understanding or confusion through their expressions and body language. With that I was then able to determine which part of my lesson wasn't clear, or which students need to be pulled in a small group for extra help on the spot.
My students knew that as long as I was able to see them all, they were in good hands ... and for that I am so grateful!”

Second Graders Need Copies ... On Time!
Funded Dec 20, 2015Dear Donors ~
I can't begin to express how thankful I am for your generosity. Having a copier in our classroom has been a blessing! It has enabled me to provide relevant activities and review materials to my 31 students as we are working on a topic, where in the past we have had to wait a month or more to receive copies back. In the past we have had the issue of copies being printed with dark smudges on them, fingers being copied across important directions, or even having copies lost or mistakenly given to the wrong classroom (and used by that class!). I can cheerfully say that this is no longer the case, thanks to the funding of our project!
Having a class of students that are grouped heterogeneously is a huge challenge for teachers. Finding materials to meet the various needs of my students not only academically but also based on their particular interests is not an easy task. It is nice to now know that as soon as I find those materials I have the ability to provide them to my students as they are needed. There have been times that I see a child or two struggling in an area that I did not anticipate. Having access to a copier in the classroom provides me with access to a world of materials at my fingertips to help those students on the spot!
Please know that your generosity and willingness to help us in such a timely manner was overwhelming to me! Not only did I not believe that our project would ever be funded - I never in my wildest dreams thought it would be funding in just 4 short days!!! Thank you so much for this amazing gift of generosity to my students.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Tichauer
