STEM Lab is one of the best parts of the week for many of the 600 students at my school. During STEM Lab students have the opportunity to do a variety of problem solving, team building and engineering activities. My students are eager to learn and love to come to my class where they can be creative and try new things. It brings me great joy to watch these students work together while learning new skills. Because of the socio-economic status of most of my student's families, they don't all have access to technology outside of school. I would like to give them the opportunity to learn basic programming and robotics in order to develop their problem solving skills and become more academically successful and prepared for their future.

About my class
