Thank you so much for making this project come to life. My Anatomy students were able to use the new pressure cuffs to take their blood pressure. They all reported healthy pressure readings. Students commented that they were able to practice the skill much more smoothly when the equipment is functional.

With enough pressure cuffs for each pair, every student had sufficient time to practice. In the past, one pressure cuff was being shared among many students. Precious class time was wasted as many students had to wait for their turn.

We plan to expand the circulatory system unit and conduct new experiments to be tested. So far, students are interested to know if exercise changes blood pressure . Other ideas include if a change in daily water intake and testing anxiety can affect their blood pressure. Your generosity has helped my students to not only master a skill but foster their curiosity in learning. I am very grateful for it.”
