I have a wide range of children in my room with different backgrounds; however, they all come to school with the same eagerness and desire to learn. My students are kind, caring, and compassionate future leaders. They take great pride in their school, classroom, and in each other. We practice applying leadership skills to our class work and our daily life. My students are proud to be part of such an incredible learning environment. Our daily focus is on building academic success, as well as, instilling leadership and character skills in every student. My goal is to reach every child and help them achieve their very best. My students have scheduled access to a computer lab; however, their brains crave technology that is readily available at their fingertips when learning opportunities arise in the classroom. All of my students will benefit from the use of technology in the classroom on a daily basis. Technology will be required in any career path my students choose in the future; therefore, it is my goal to engage them in digital learning experiences.
