  • We Learn with Technology!

    Funded Apr 3, 2023

Thank you very much for supporting my students. Equitable access to technology is essential to the success of all learners. With this classroom iPad, kids are able to access educational websites while working on their own individual level. Students who are learning English as a second language are able to access read-aloud stories in both their primary language and English. Using Schoology, I am able to upload Google Slides that we use in the classroom for students to access if they were absent, or need some review.

Thanks again for your generosity and support!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Trickett

  • Radiating Yellow

    Funded Apr 12, 2023

Thank you so much for helping us fund our project for ink toners for Chapman. Our teachers and staff are so grateful for your generous donation. Our students are so much more engaged when they receive resources in color. Images are much more clear when we are able to print in color and not just black and white.

Teachers have been able to print flashcards and worksheets for students to practice at home. The resources have really helped our upper grade students and students with intellectual disability prepare for our state testing these past two weeks.

Thank you again for funding our project. We really appreciate your help in making sure our students learn with engaging resources.”

  • Our Home Away From Home

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students were so excited to see our new rug, kitchen appliances, and chef's costume! Our whole classroom, and the kitchen area in particular, are much more welcoming and cozy. This improvement is a direct result of your generosity!

Dramatic play is crucial for language development. The kids continue to come up with new scenarios to act out. Everyday, these new materials are helping to develop young minds.

Thanks again for supporting my students and my classroom!”

  • We Love Playing in the Sand!

    Funded Aug 25, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations. My 4 and 5 year old students absolutely love their new sand table and the kinetic sand inside.

We are very fortunate to live in an area where outside play continues year-round. The sand table is a favorite outdoor option for my students. The kids enjoy digging and building, while developing vocabulary and practicing social emotional skills. It is used daily and there is always a "waiting list" to join this activity.

My students and I are grateful for donors like you because you help make our classroom a fun and exciting place to learn.”

  • Little Chefs!

    Funded Apr 15, 2022

Thank you for your support and generosity! Our little chefs are using this shelf and bin system every single day to help keep our classroom kitchen in order! With 21 four year olds, clean up after play time can be a real challenge. The new shelf and bins have made clean up time much easier and quicker. The kids can now clean up on their own, without much adult support. What an important skill to learn! Your support for my students and our classroom is truly appreciated. Our little chefs thank you!”

  • Watch Us Build!

    Funded Apr 28, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations! My 4 and 5 year old students love to build! Building is part of our daily schedule. The Magna Tiles and Soft Blocks are used daily both in the classroom and on the picnic tables outside of our door. As a result of your kindness and generosity, we now have enough building supplies for everybody to build at the same time. As a teacher, it is a wonderful feeling to have the materials my students need to thrive. Your support for my students and public education is greatly appreciated.”

  • Watch Us Go!

    Funded Apr 3, 2022

Thank you so much for the generous donations! My 4 and 5 year old students absolutely love their new vehicles. They are used often as the kids build and design neighborhoods and communities. Their creations are now more complete with the addition of the vehicles. They can now add streets while developing more English vocabulary about transportation. As our building area continues to grow, so do the imaginations, social emotional skills, and language development of the kids involved. Your support of my students and public education is much appreciated!”

  • Little Builders!

    Funded Dec 16, 2021

Thank you so much for your generous donations! My 4 and 5 year old students love to build and explore by themselves and with friends. With 22 students in the class, keeping our supplies organized has been a challenge. With our new storage shelf, they can easily access the materials they want to use. They are now learning how to be more independent when choosing materials and putting them away. This easy access and clean up increases the amount of time daily that they are able to build and explore!”

  • We Can Learn With Tablets!

    Funded Sep 24, 2021

Thank you so much for your generous contributions to my project! The new tablets are used regularly in my ETK classroom. Every afternoon, the kids do activities in a small group setting. The new tablets allow for a group of kids to access books and songs independently while the teacher and assistant are working with other groups of kids. The kids can choose their own books and songs and work independently. Or, they can partner with a friend to share a favorite story.

Another way these tablets are used, is when a student needs "a break" from the group. Using a tablet, they can sit at the back table and take a few minutes to calm down before re-entering the group. This is more beneficial than the traditional "time out" because it is viewed as a break and not a punishment.

Thanks again for your continued support for public education!”

  • Watch Our Garden Grow ...

    Funded Sep 14, 2019

Thank you so much for your generous donation! My students are learning so much from our garden! So far we have planted seeds, tended to the garden, and had a salad party. Several students decided that they like salad after tasting our freshly grown vegetables.

We will continue to grow vegetables throughout the school year. The kids are so excited to watch them grow. Watering the garden is one of their favorite tasks.

Generous donors like you help to make all of this possible. Thanks again!”
