Hi, thank you for taking a look at my music classroom. I teach in an urban school with high free/reduced lunch. Many of our students are second language learners (Spanish and Vietnamese.) I was able to borrow several violins, but do not have enough of the right size violins or equipment to get an instrument in each of their hands. I have spent my small budget to purchase some violins, but my students need shoulder rests and we need a few more 1/8 size violins. Foam shoulder rests would cost about $10 each (including shipping) and we need 30. 1/8 size violins cost about $70 each and we can use at least 5. I have been teaching music for 22 years and I am fully invested in developing a strong music program for my students and providing them with experiences to grow as musicians.
