  • We're Growing in Class!

    Thank you so much for your generous contributions! When our students first saw the garden, they were thrilled to pick their seedlings and plant them! As weeks went by, we tracked their growth and got to enjoy a salad together on harvest day.

    We also benefitted tremendously from the phonics materials and craft supplies! Students have been thrilled to read their graphic novels, and many have moved on to chapter books after getting newly excited about reading. In social studies, the craft supplies have brought our units to life! Thanks again for your support!”

  • First Year Teacher Building an Inclusive, Differentiated Classroom!

    Thank you so much for your contribution to our classroom. When the boxes arrived, the students were thrilled to look inside and were drawn to engage with everything you helped provide! From math games to the welcoming book shelf to wobble seats for our wiggly friends to rug cushions to bring students comfortably to the rug, your support has made our classroom a warmer, more student-centered and joy-filled place! The new, high quality supplies bring increased self-esteem and confidence in our classroom. Just today, we came together in a circle on our rug cushions to talk about Martin Luther King Jr. - students' hands shot up as they reflected on his legacy and how it relates to their experiences today. Thank you for helping to make this a comfortable and connected experience for us!”

Our class will be an inclusive, loving environment where all students can access the tools they need to develop as compassionate leaders and engaged learners! However, as a first year teacher, I'm starting from scratch and need your help to make this vision come to life. Your donation to this project will help provide each student with the materials they need to succeed as a unique learner. Wobble cushions will allow students to get their wiggles out as they focus on activities. Bean bags will be a cozy spot to curl up and dig into a good book.
