The student population is extremely diverse and many students are bilingual. I'm responsible for teaching Math to the 50 students enrolled in 6th grade. In addition to the mixture of both general and special education students, I work in a Title 1 school in the District of Columbia, which means majority of the students I teach live in low income housing and require government assistance.
