  • Classroom Cubbies

    Funded Aug 22, 2024

    Thank you so much for donating to our classroom. We were able to purchase storage cubbies for our students so that they have a uniform way to store their belongings. The cubbies are great quality, and they will serve our students for years to come.

    When we received the cubbies, the students were so excited. Before we had them, many of our students had to exit our area to store their backpacks and coats in large lockers that are in a highly traveled hallway. The cubbies increase our sense of community because everyone is in the same space now.”

  • Making Math Fun

    My students and I are so appreciative of the materials we were able to obtain through your generous donations. Math can be challenging for students to understand, so having engaging games and manipulatives is so helpful to our learning.

    When it is time for math, my students are excited to use our new materials to help deepen their understanding of mathematics concepts. They are working together and building social skills as well. Your donation has helped make learning fun and engaging for our pre-k students. Thank you!”

  • Comfy Couch

    The cozy couch has helped make my classroom a welcoming place for my students. Our library area now looks like a little living room. It is a focal point of our classroom, and it was made possible by your donation.

    Everyone that comes into my classroom exclaims that the couch is the perfect size. It is important for me that my students feel like the space is theirs and the perfect kid-sized couch helps do just that. When the students first saw the couch they were so happy.   • Computers For Pre-Kindergarten

    Thank you so much for your generous donations. Our students have loved having laptops in the classroom to work with during small group instruction. They are learning how to use the laptops, and using them to reinforce skills such as letter identification, counting and making sets.

    The most exciting thing about the laptops for our students is when they are given the opportunity to share in learning with their peers. Having two laptops in addition to our desktop computer and Promethean Board is helping us to have so many options for using technology in instruction.

    All of our students are given the opportunity to use our laptops, and they have been doing a wonderful job taking care of our new resources!”
