Hello! I am an Arts and Humanities Resource Teacher in Southern Maryland. Students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade will visit me one hour each week. We will be exploring the human need to record our life experiences through the arts. Our exciting adventure is structured on the PBL (project-based learning) model. Through Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Triple E initiative (Enhancing Elementary Education), I am building my classroom. The program design calls for flexible space - furniture that can easily be configured and re-configured in various ways to support our students' projects in visual art, music, theater, and movement. I would greatly appreciate your support to make this the best learning space possible for our scholars! Innovation, creative thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking are the hallmarks of our program....we just need the furniture and modular units to support it!
