I truly appreciate your generous donation to our classroom. It has made the environment much more comfortable, and we are all very grateful!

It has created an Inviting space, which allows students to feel more at ease throughout the day. With a more relaxed environment, they are able to focus better on their lessons and activities. The added comfort reduces distractions, providing a sense of calm that encourages greater concentration.

As a result, students are more engaged and able to stay focused for longer periods, ultimately enhancing their learning experience.”

  • Clean and Germ Free Kidney Table!

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

Thank you so much for this contribution to our classroom! We not only have so much more space but all student are able to comfortably maneuver to various meeting areas in the classroom. The new tables have allowed us to start of the new year implementing flexible seating and engaging in deep focused small group instruction. One student in particular who was unable to work alongside his peers due to the size of his wheel chair can now work alongside friends.

The students were beyond moved and excited for the addition to the classroom. Instantly students started brainstorming ways we could rearrange the room that would look best with our new tables.

Going forward I know this will continue to positively impact the learning in the classroom and the connection between students and support staff as well.”

  • Google Chrome Notebooks to the Rescue!

    Funded Jan 19, 2017

Thank you so much for each and every single donation made. Immediately upon receiving these Goggle Chrome notebooks they have made such a huge impact in our classroom. The students use the Goggle chrome notebook daily for multiple activities such as reading practicing mathematics and exploring fun science videos. These Goggle Chrome notebooks have also provided the opportunity for a lot more creative fun projects, such as managing our own class site, using goggle forms for quick assessments , polls and data. Thanks to these goggle chrome notebooks we have been able to increase our use of technology in the classroom daily with no need to charge up daily! The notebooks are light weight and user friendly so students are able to form groups and collaborate anywhere in the classroom.

The students are much more focused on any task thanks to the individual accessibility to resources now available to them! This is still only the beginning and we can't wait to discover all the learning and joy our notebooks will bring us in the days to come.”

  • Chapter Book Wish List!

    Funded Dec 21, 2015

I just want to say thank you again! We have received the books and what joy did they bring us all! We were all so excited as we opened our box together. The students "oohed" and "awed" at the titles and covers skimming through the pages deciphering which they would like to read first.

They have been so anxious to begin our student book clubs and now that our books have arrived they finally can. Through these mysteries, comics, fairy tales and classic stories my students will be able to develop essential reading skills, such as identifying the main idea, building inferences, making predictions, comparing and contrasting and so much more. They will be able to share their favorite stories with their classmates and friends while reading alongside each other.

However since each student will have access to their own copy they may also choose to pace themselves appropriately, and keep posted notes in their book keeping track of their thoughts as they read. It is extremely overwhelming to see my students this happy for literature. Thank you all so much for funding our project and helping my students discover the excitement of reading!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Toro
