From Digital to Reality

Thanks to your generous donation, our recently obtained 3D printer is up and running. Our robotics team is truly able to engage in the engineering design process as they can now print prototypes, test them, and modify the design if needed. For this year's FTC challenge, a member of our team has 3D printed a device to pick up the samples/specimen in the game. Now that we have a fully functional 3D printer we can produce and print in a shorter time period.

In robotics class, we just completed a unit on Cybersecurity. I was able to print a Jefferson Cipher Wheel rather than using a paper cup version of it. My students were able to use the cipher to decode the message. Fun, fun, fun!”
