More Than Coffee
Funded Sep 21, 2019Thank you so much for your generous donations to help make this coffee cart possible.
The purpose of this is to help students with disabilities develop and improve important life skills by delivering coffee to faculty around the school. The skills they will practice with their coffee cart include following a recipe, sequencing steps in an activity, fulfilling an order, appropriate social skills, peer-peer work, counting money, health and hygiene, and so much more.
The staff at my school is very excited to get this coffee cart up and running! They can't wait to be caffeinated and to get to interact with my students. I know my students will have fun while learning valuable skills and it will bring a smile to all the faculty members. We are looking forward to starting this project throughout the school year and hopefully years to come!”

Funded May 25, 2017I always come up with wonderful ideas for my classroom and find amazing products I want to share with my students. Often, there isn't a large budget for my class so getting needed materials is that much harder. With the donations that funded this project, I was able to get quality, hands on and student centered materials to aide my instruction.
Everything in my classroom is related to fine motor and life skills. The products we got through this project let me teach STEM while incorporating fine motor skills and is all student centered.
Thank you to all who donated to this project. The resources purchased will be used on a daily basis for years to come.”
