Our UTK-CC program is a high-quality inclusive preschool that supports children's development, fosters relationships with peers, and nurtures a sense of belonging, particularly for those with disabilities. My students are learning to build friendships and understand that everyone has different needs, including those who may require specific accommodations. They are acquiring various new skills, such as using their imagination and cultivating curiosity about the world around them. Additionally, they are learning to solve problems and engage socially with both their peers and teachers. They are developing their attention skills and improving their ability to follow directions while enhancing their language, cognitive, gross, and fine motor skills. Preschool is providing my students with valuable opportunities to grow and ensure their continued educational success.
