Let’s Do It for the Kids!
Funded Nov 11, 2021On behalf of the whole kindergarten class I would like to say thank you for supporting us! Your generosity has supported our learning in so many ways.
Poly spots allowed all of us to social distance but still be together at the same time. It also allowed to have fun in a organized way.
The seat sacks are a life saver! Because we don't have desk, the seat sacks organized all my materials needed for learning. I ever have to worry about where my material are located.
Last but not least the dry erase pocket make it easy for me to practice writing my name, lnumbers, and letters! Thanks again for all your support!

Very Hungry Listening Center!
Funded Nov 28, 2018From the bottom of our little but big hearts, we would like to give a big thank you for helping our class. Since we have received our items for our listening center, we are now able to have more access to a variety of digital books. We can read with a partner or by ourselves. Not only can we read books, there are plenty of activities that we can now part take in. But the best thing about having all these items is that it creates an extra center. A center for all of us to choose from whether we want to be alone or with a friend. Thank you for being so generous and thoughtful!”

Read The School Day Away!!
Funded May 26, 2016I would like to say thank you to all the my family, friends, and especially people who I don't know who donated to my classroom. We received leveled books and nonfiction books. The students were so excited to get brand new books to fill up their reading basket bin. They have way more to choose from now!
The leveled books are just right to do independent reading and partner reading. As they are reading they get so excited when they recognize a sight word. They are also making text to self connections. I really feel great about this because many of these leveled books are topics they can relate to.
They also love the nonfiction books. They think they are so awesome! They love looking at the detailed pictures. They compare the animals and insects to find similarities and difference. As a class we have made charts to show how are these animals and insects the same or different. These books have also increased their vocabulary which is awesome!!!
Thanks again for being so generous!!!”

More Table Room Please!!
Funded Sep 10, 2016My first graders are so thankful that they have so much room to do their work in such a comfortable space. With this new space they are able to write without students kicking each other. As well as other students in their space.
It was so great back in November they were able to explore the inside of a pumpkin. This was such an awesome time exploring the inside and outside of the pumpkin. This was really a special moment for the class because everyone was able to gather around the table and be comfortable at the same time.
It was also great to have an easel to hang chart paper to document what they have learned. Thank you So much!!!”

My 1st Project for the Kids!
Funded Nov 30, 2015My class just wanted to just send a special thank you to everyone that donated to my classroom. My class was so happy to receive so many gift. They jumped up and down as more and more boxes were open. Some students even said "this is the best day ever!"
My kindergarten class are having a blast as they create different art projects with dot paint. We use the 3 sided paint set almost every single day. Just the other day my students made a birthday card for another teacher. With the rhyming game, my students getting better at identify rhymes. I use this as a center in the middle and end of the day. They love it.
Again thank you so much!!!”
