We encourage cooperative learning groups daily. In order to keep them engaged, they need options and more options. Having a variety of ages in my room will allow students to be leaders and player. Using different modes of learning materials, allows learners to also be teachers. Using games and hands on learning materials makes the lessons come alive for those more visual learners. The students become more engaged and learn key social skills at the level they need to be successful in all areas of life. Modeling and demonstrating assignments and lessons will be more effective and inviting with the document camera.
