My students come from West Englewood, a neighborhood on the south side of Chicago.
I want them to know they don't have to stay in the same environment when they get older. I want to show them that there are so many things to discover beyond their block, their neighborhood, their city.
I get excited knowing that I am and will have a great impact on dozens of young people. It's a big responsibility, but I'm up for the challenge!
They are eager learners, explorers, and bright young people! Having this technology will excel them to become even more curious about the world around them. We can use this for so many subjects and so many tasks.
Opening their minds to information not found in a book will shape their worlds.
They will remember sight words, addition facts, science fun, cultures from all over, etc.
The possibilities are endless!!
