Our school is a 100% Title One school with 100% free breakfast and lunch, but you wouldn't know it by looking at our students. Our seniors are eager and ready to go to college and succeed in life. They are determined to create for their families a better life than they were given and they know that the way to do that is through education. I am impressed every day by the drive of our students and my only concern is that I can come through with the promises I have given them: There will be no wasted time in the classroom. (Every assignment and task they are given will have meaning and importance) I will work twice as hard as they do. (Each assignment will have comments directed on how they can improve, even a great essay can get better) We will respect each other as adults and strive to be the best people we can be. (That one will be easy)
