The majority of students at Coconut Palm K-8 Academy come from low-income families. Many times their negative attitudes stem from being able to come to school prepared simply because their parents can not afford to buy them the supplies they need to be successful in the classroom. Because Coconut Palm is a Positive Behavior Support school we would like to open an incentive store. Not only will we be ensuring their success by allowing them to purchase these requested items, we will be helping to mold them into respectful, responsible role models.

About my class
