The use of a whiteboard is used daily and multiple times throughout the day. We use whiteboards to practice building words, sentences, writing most common words, writing numbers, building number sentences, and the list goes on. Whiteboards are amazing because I can easily see what students are writing and can assistant them quickly if they need it. As much as I love whiteboards, the markers and erasers seem to dry out and disappear often. The whiteboards also become discolored from frequent use quickly. These little problems tend to become a big deal as the movement of getting new supplies easily distracts my students with focusing issues and causes them to miss instruction. By having Boogie Boards we can eliminate the distractions. By donating to our project you will help improve academic achievement. Students will be able to focus on academic instruction and will not need to worry about materials not working.
