Hello, I am Kristy Dumond and I am the K-4 STEAM teacher for Durand Area Schools. We are proud to announce that we are a PLTW (Project Lead The Way) school and we are working on increasing the amount of STEM education that our students are receiving. During my class, I see all the elementary students in Durand and I have combined a STEM and Art classroom. The students are lucky to not only receive STEM education but Art as well.
