  • Technology Needed!

    There are not enough words to express my deepest appreciation. The children will be so excited to hear about our new tablets. The tablets will be an asset to our curriculum. Since our school is a technology school and we lack the necessary tools to operate as such, these tablets are very much needed.

    With your assistance, I can make our kindergarten class fun and exciting. I have a fire tablet so I will be able to download apps with ease. We will be able to view digital books as well.”

  • Enhancing Instructional Time

    This was such a surprise to see my project funded!! I am so excited that it happened this soon. I would like to thank all of the donors who share the same vision for learning that I do. The students will be equally excited to receive these chair pockets, something they can call their own.

    I look forward to sharing pictures with you in hopes that you will be able see how useful they are. The students will be able to hold their own belongings in the pockets to minimize movement to increase instructional time. Thank you again.”

Even though our school is located in an impoverished neighborhood, most students come to school with smiles on their faces and eager to learn. They are full of humor and above all they know that they are loved when they step into my classroom. My ultimate goal for them is to be life-long learners. I need to make school a happy and safe place for them. I also want learning to be fun.
