These amazing 2nd graders are very active and love moving around. Inside the classroom learning is always happening and I would love for my students to have a variety of seating options. I have a diverse group with different learning styles and differentiated seating will help with student learning. I plan to use the flexible seating for the library and guided reading groups. Reading is so important for 2nd graders and I want them to enjoy it. Having seating options in the library will get students excited to read silently. At my guided reading table, I meet with small groups of about 6 and it would be great to have different seating available at my table. I want my students to get excited about all aspects of the classroom and these flexible seating options will help with that!
