We have been state testing and the students earn treats when they show work and stamina on the exams. It has improved the climate and culture tremendously! I love seeing how excited they get to earn the treats and when they can share them with one another.
Our next big thing is putting together a community project to benefit the elderly. Teaching our scholars to care for others is a big goal in the classroom. It breeds respect and care for those that need it.
