  • High Performance Volleyball Training

    Funded Dec 28, 2023

    We were so grateful to find that our project was funded. At our school we find ourselves scrambling at the beginning of volleyball season to ensure we have the equipment we need. This year we are ahead of the game because of you.

    Knee pads are a key to safety and comfort. We also received equipment to enhance their skills. We will begin our next season ahead of the game. The girls have expressed wanting to play in clubs and off season because of the love of the game. We anticipate the season will be a great memorable one.”

  • Play Volleyball Like the Big Leagues

    Our student athletes are utilizing the materials sent. For some time we were practicing with a ball cart that only had 3 legs. Now our practices are smoother because we have materials that function properly.

    Our young ladies are excited and feel uplifted by the contributions made. They have shared that most times boys sports are favored. You were able to show them that they are just as good and just as important than any other group. This will support in them gaining self confidence in themselves.

  • Fidgets Assist Student Success

    Our fidgets have arrived and are already going into the hands of our students. Students are able to pick from a variety of fidgets that you donated.although the focus was on our students on the spectrum we found that ALL students benefit.

    The students were very excited to see the range of fidgets along with their vibrant colors. They have been dispersed to classrooms and we see students utilize especially when they have to present work. They also tend to use them during counseling groups and individual sessions.

  • Gaming Grounds Our Students! Help Them Play!

    We wanted to target our students who are on the autism spectrum. We have a total of 21 students who are part of a special program within our school. Our students range from 14-19 years old. They excel in their academics but may have challenges with social interactions.

    Our target with the nintendo switch was to provide an outlet for students during their lunch time to decompress and self regulate. Games assist in this as most students have gaming as their interest. Students have already utilized the nintendo switch and look forward to playing daily during lunch.
